At Kingster Education we strive to ensure that our learners have a rewarding educational experience. We understand, however, that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to reconsider your course enrollment. Here is our refund policy designed with your flexibility in mind:
1. Full Refund: If you cancel your enrollment within Seven days of the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Pro-Rated Refund: After the full refund period, if you find that the course does not meet your expectations, you may still apply for a pro-rated refund within Thirty days, depending on how much of the course you have completed.
3.Non-Refundable Period: Beyond Thirty days we cannot offer refunds as your enrollment would have consumed resources and potentially taken a seat that could have been offered to another learner.
4.Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen life events, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis even after the non-refundable period. Documentation will be required for such exceptions.
5.Course Cancellation by Kingster Education: In the rare event that Kingster Education cancels a course, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a different course.
